He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, Fellow and CPM of the Australian Marketing Institute and holds Post Graduate Management qualifications from the University of Wollongong. Paul has held company directorships, is an experienced long-term company secretary and has accreditation with Human Synergistics International as a Leadership Transformation Coach.
